When you click on a pencil icon and submit new ticket the ticket automatically become password protected. The only way to fix this is to switch off the Enable password protection settings. Please try this from your local machine
I just test it on your demo and is doing the same thing. Login with one of the demo profiles. Click on the pencil to create a new ticket. Then copy the link and open it as a guess.

Actually that is browser autofill feature, as long as you have save your login details into your browser, it will autofill for those login form.
Can you try download my attached file and replace into this JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/composer/tabs/password/contents.php and see how it goes?
Make sure you have clear your browser cache before you test.
