Hi
I would like to hide details of those who are registered - emails - contact details - etc. before one gets registered on website - how to achieve this?
Thanks
Hello Vlad,

Perhaps you can try turning on lockdown mode so that only users that are registered on the site would be able to view contents of the site?

Hello Vlad,

Hm, if you have enabled lockdown, users should be able to register on the site too. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Vlad,

The admin account you've provided failed to authenticate me when I attempt to login to your Joomla backend. Also, can you provide us the ftp account as well so that it will ease our troubleshooting process.

Please advise.

well actually its fine as it is.

But I guess the bus is still there. Lock in does not work properly, as once activated, it does not allow to register properly.

Hi,

Please also activate the option of "Allow registrations in lockdown mode"

Well, its kind of logical. Of course I am not so dumb as to not activate it.
When I enable lock-down mode and registration, still does not work properly with problem described above.
Thanks.

Hi Vlad,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Em, still no luck. I still not able to access to your Joomla backend and frontend. Is your site block IPs from certain country? If yes, then maybe you want to whitelist this ip address: 175.142.133.115

Please advise.

Hi Vlad,

I am sorry but I myself and my colleague Arlex tried login with the account your provide but to no avail the authentication always failed. Look like we been battling on this login issue for few days and yet we still not able to access your site. Maybe you can try to create another user account and temporary set this user to superadmin so that we can proceed to check on your issues? Once your issues has been addressed, you can then disable this user account.

Please advise.

Hope this help and have a nice day!
