where I have to go here on the plattformk? in Helps and FAQ I find no navigation to this

I am sorry for the confusions. We had some issues in our dashboard earlier, and the upgrade link wasn't appearing I have fixed this and you should see the upgrade link at http://stackideas.com/dashboard
