Hello Support,

One of our clients brought this to our attention.

I have spent some time trying to troubleshoot the issue and updated them to the newest version of easyblog however, I am now receiving a new error message. (I have supplied it below).

I restored the site from a backup. They are now on 5.0.44 again. Also, their blog page is currently not working. Please let me know how i should go about updating the component.

Thanks!

No worries Arlex, Thanks for getting back to me.

Certainly! The site is currently running 5.0.44 after talking to my team it sounds like to update to the newest version you needed to download an installer package. I did so, and was able to upgrade the component to 5.2.7 then to 5.2.9. However once i upgraded to 5.2.9 I received a 1054 error in the admin panel.

As requested I have added the admin credentials to this ticket. Please let me know what you think!

Have a happy day!

You're most welcome.

Yes, if you update Easyblog from 5.x to 5.1 or 5.2, you have to using latest launcher installer to update it.

It seems like you provided us that backend login credentials no longer work.

Can you update your following details so we can better have a check?

1. Joomla backend correct login credentials
2. FTP access
3. Assign your current domain to your license
