Hi.
I just bought easydiscuss professional edition and i have the order reference / ID.
I log in, go to my dashboard and i cannot find the download in the "My purchases" section.
How can i activate the purchase in my account (User:jorgem) to download it?

Hi. Yes, the Order Reference / ID: SI140326-4536-73183.
My boss bought it but he didn't use any account, please link this ID to my account (user: jorgem)

I see. That explains why the purchase went missing.

However, I've helped you to link that purchase to your account so you should be able to download it via your dashboard. Would you be kind enough to check and verify?

Hi. Thanks for your assistance, but i still cannot see the download.
I already logged out and logged it to verify and logged in with another navigator.
