Hi,

I believe that I know the cause of my issue, but don't know how to fix it now.

I purchased Easy Blog Professional with an old account. When I was asked after purchase to enter my e-mail address, I entered my current address, not the address that I used to create the account a few years ago.

I received the notice saying login to download your purchase, but when I get to the download section it says that I don't have any valid licenses.

Can you please help me? I really need this blog component.

Have you tried My Account, Order Locator? It worked for me.
