I cannot add address from Canada

I tried to create an account for one of my artists from Canada. I myself am based in The Netherlands.

When I tried to add their address in Canada ES didn't show any city or even the country Canada.
What am I doing wrong?

I tried to enter some of the places on your site and it seems to works fine as you can see here http://take.ms/TJl4Wp(simply typed them). Maybe i have replicated them wrongly, it would be best if you can provide us with more details on how to replicate this issues.

Please advice.

Thanks your reply. I experiencde this when I tried to add "Timezone" there is no North America / Canada.

Oh, sorry for my confusion on my previous reply. It seems that current php, they already group all Americas timezone together. And i did some searches on the internet and you can use these as listed here http://www.world-timedate.com/timezone/timezone_info_by_county.php?country_id=1

Please advice.
