I have easyblog 5.0.24 installed when I try to upload a cover image into an article I get a Javascript error and the image never has been uploaded.

The error I get is: "media is not defined" on the following file: /media/com_easyblog/scripts/composer-5.0.24.static.js (line 104373).

the directory permissions are 777, the Maximum upload file size is 8 and the user has access to upload images. Why I can't upload a cover image??
Hi there,

Regarding your issue, can you provide us your site FTP account so that we can further investigate your issue? Also, when i was checking the issue at your site, while attempt to upload a cover photo, i get and alert box. Please see http://screencast.com/t/aCM3roqTrIqt Are you currently customising your EasyBlog?

Please advise.

Note, please do not double post your issue at our helpdesk system as we are currently moving our support from our helpdesk system into our forums. If you have any issues with our products, please post your issue at our forum instead

Hope this help

This http://screencast.com/t/aCM3roqTrIqt is a test i've done to prove that fell into that function. In this case data.response comes only with <html><body></body></html>

Hi there,

Thanks for the heads up on this one. We actually cant replicate the issue at our end thus we appreciate if you can provide us your Joomla backend admin access and your FTP account so that we can further investigate your issue.

Please advise.
