Hi WU,

It seems when I try to upload the installer it redirect me to the same page and I can't even save any setting in your staging site above
Do you have try to install using full component or using launcher?

Hey Wu,

There's some permission issues on the server, http://take.ms/XSlml . I inspected the permissions of the files and folder on your site and I think your setup is incorrect, http://take.ms/IRvdJ

If your web server user is running as www or apache, then the group of all the files and folders on the site should be

User: scs
Group: www or apache

The correct permissions should be 775 where the first 7 is for the user while the second 7 is for the group and 5 for everyone else.

I use a suite of software to run joomla.
So you found that group is not www or apache.
Anyway, I got your prompt then I know what you mean, and how to solve it.

Thank you Mark

No problem Wu, try to change the group to the webserver user and proceed with the installation again

If the problem still persists, let us know. (But I am pretty sure it would work once the permissions are fixed)
