I can't create polls as user or group

The polls app is available but the "Create Poll" option is not. I honestly don't know how to create a poll as either a user of group or event.

Every time I click "poll" in group I am taken to a page which says "There are no polls in this section."

Fine, How do I create one?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked in your site, it seems like work fine for me, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

When you go to your group page, click on the `Poll` icon, it will show out the poll form.

If that poll icon is still can't appear, can you provide us with that user account so we can reproduce on your site?
