When I want to add a file via story board, I can not add for example jpg extension.

Can you provide a screenshot of the 'story board' you used to add the jpg file? Do note that you can only add files to the 'Files' link or in conversations.
I am able to add jpg files just fine on your 'Files' link in the story board(http://take.ms/yQAzi).

Could you use "User member" login, it's in others information in my details site.
In fact It's with group story that I can't load .jpg files.

It seems the file extension is configured incorrectly at the groups files app where there is a space after each commas(http://take.ms/CB6F7).
I have helped you eliminate those space so uploading jpg files in groups should be working fine now(http://take.ms/NqwFq).
