I upgraded to version 4.1.3, but I never find this setting that 'Added new ACL for creating new tags. When the user does not have permissions to create tags, they will only be able to choose from existing tags in the discussion form.' in the back-end.

In the past, I can do create new tags on the front-end, but now I can't.
That strange, may i know how you update current Easydiscuss latest version on your site?

By the way, I've execute following SQL query on your site, it already added `create tag` under your ACL page now.

INSERT INTO `#__discuss_acl` (`id`, `group`, `action`, `default`, `description`, `published`, `ordering`, `public`) VALUES
(34, 'tags', 'create_tag', 1, 'COM_ED_ACL_OPTION_CREATE_TAG', 1, 0, 0);

Thank you Arlex.
It seems like I haven't upgraded completely.
It works now.

You're most welcome.

Actually we would like to get more information regarding this is because some of our user also reported the same issue, they doesn't see this `create tag` ACL rule after update, so I would like to know how you perform this update yesterday.

When I was checking EasyDiscuss setting on the back-end, I recived the message of upgrading version 4.1.3, and I clicked the button of UPGRADE(or UPDATE), then it did it.
