Should I move the emoticons and do not put at the top of the comments but the bottom, how can I do?

May I know which components you are referring to? By the way I believe it is not possible to achieve this via quick settings and it require a lot of modification for this to work.

I just take a quick look on the komento code and it seems like the editor is actually purely rendered on javascript. In order for you to change the position of the emoticons you need to utilize css modification in order to achieve this.
