These are files that has been hacked. Please backup this file before updating Easyblog in the future.

I am really sorry but I am not sure if I am understanding you here. Are you wanting to have the "Site" de-selected by default? It is not possible currently. By default "Site" must be selected otherwise if the user forgets to select a group then the post wouldn't be visible anywhere.

According to your screenshot, what you mean is when first page is loaded, the site wide is already selected and same goes to the group hence the post is improperly saved, right? If so, I've fixed it for you. Now, if you didn't select the 'Site wide', it will get the group selected and the radio button for site wide is inactive. Please have a look. If this is not like what you want, please elaborate more on it. Hope this helps.

I've read through this thread and the file that you have to backup is only: ../components/com_easyblog/themes/dashboard/system/dashboard.write.options.php. This file is for the group selection during creating a post. As for the multiple URLs issue is because of the SEO setting in Easyblog. This setting will remain even if you have to update Easyblog.
