When users click on a person's image to view their profile from Komento it is not pulling in their Gravatar profile. I have it set to integrate with Gravatar, but it displays no profile found.

Also, if a person tries to click the Like button for a comment it does nothing.
Hey Mark,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I do not have FTP setup on the site, but I have two components installed to access the files on the server.

Hey Mark,

Perhaps I misunderstood you earlier but when you configure Komento to use Gravatar, it doesn't actually link to Gravatar's page. Instead, it will display your gravatar picture provided that your email that you used on the site is the same as your Gravatar email.

OK, it is displaying the Gravatar image, but when I click on the image from the comment it links me to another page in Komento to display how many comments the person posted, and then when you click on their image from there it links to some profile page that says No Profile found.

Also, I changed the integration to easyblog and it does not pull the image set in easyblog for the user, and if you click on their image it displays a blank page.

Do you have what you need to look into these two issues?

Hey Mark,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I have addressed the issue with the avatar clicking when you view a person's profile in Komento. As for the issues with displaying EasyBlog avatar, I am not sure which extension are you testing this on but you need to access the "Integrations" area of Komento and click on the extension name. Then, under the "Layout" tab, change the avatar to "EasyBlog".

OK, I see that it is working, but it is it suppose to pull in the Gravatar image for the user in when you look at their comments that they posted under their comments tab on their profile?

Also, did you fix the like button? It doesn't work when you click on it to like the comment.

Hey Mark,

I am a little lost here as to what you are trying to achieve here now. Are you trying to use Gravatar for avatars in Komento or are you trying to use EasyBlog's avatar for avatars in Komento?

I have actually configure the avatars for Komento to use EasyBlog's avatar because you mentioned earlier that you wanted to configure it to use avatars from EasyBlog in your post here, http://stackideas.com/forums/i-am-having-a-profile-issue-and-a-like-issue#reply-209717 .

As for the "likes", are you liking as a guest, normal registered user or super administrator? If you are trying to like as a public user, you need to configure the ACL for Komento integrations with EasyBlog here, https://site.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento&view=acl&component=com_easyblog . Click on the "Public" group and ensure that the option highlighted here, http://screencast.com/t/alG507xMRM is enabled.

P/S: Replace site.org with your domain.

OK, I didn't know that you configured Komento's profile to connect to easyblog.

As far as the like's I did not check the ACL settings.

I will check on both of these later today.

Thanks for your help!
