Yes, that was strange, by right it should display properly without edit the post.

I have tried to troubleshoot on your site regarding this Komento issues, but it seems like it didn't come in core file when access the
HWDmediaShare article video page, JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\helpers\helper.php (commentify function).

And I compare with other component like Easyblog and Joomla article seems everything is work fine.

Can you consult with HWDmediaShare developer regarding this issues and any files got calling this trigger from their plugin or extension?

All urls should be like second case, they must follow the menu structure !

Its working now,

They updated hwdmedia to the latest release and now this issue doesn't occur.

In a recent update they introduced a new parameter for media to allow commenting on individual media to be disabled. It was this parameter that was causing the issue, but updating has resolved the issue.

I would argue that the first structure is better, although I admit this depends on your intended goal of the HTML anchor. The first one brings you to a specific comment. The second one brings you to the top of the comments (generic).

By the way, regarding with your second issues, I can't reproduce on locally, because my local URL is get correctly menu item id, can you provide us with your Joomla backend access so I can better have a look? Because I tried to access in your backend today, it seems like you already changed that login credential so I can't login.
