If this doesn't resolves your issue, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can inspect this issue and provide you with the appropriate fix.

I am sorry. I believe currently there is no settings to change the editor in the backend for administrator. However, you can voice this out in stackideas.com/voices/easydiscuss so that our developers can see this future request.

Regarding your third issue, it seems like your site is hitting this sql error while changing tabs:
