Hi

I get an "HTTP error" when uploading a blog image in Easyblog. I have looked around the forums, but can't find a solution that works.

This started happening a couple of weeks ago, with no changes to the server or Joomla site that I'm aware of (although the lead developer on the site is away at the moment, so I can't check this)

It happens in Chrome and IE11 on my Windows 7 PC.

Can you help?

With thanks

I have added our domain to the license. I have also added your IP to the whitelist for the website firewall. You should be able to log-in now.

With thanks

Hey there,

I've checked in your site, it seems like your server configuration something is not right because when the upload ajax URL point to index.php, your server will return this response when we trying to upload image from your site :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this and also pass him my attached screenshot below.

You were right. They white-listed a mod security rule on the server and all seems OK now. Many thanks for your help.
