The reason why you hitting this is because i just renamed this following folders on your site for testing purpose.

/public_html/components/com_easysocial
/public_html/administrator/components/com_easysocial

Based on what i checked, even i renamed these folder, it still shown this vardump message, mean something cached from your server.

string(54) "select * from `#__social_photos` where `id` IN (72979)"

By the way, i already renamed back those folder from your site, you no longer hit 500 error now.
