We're getting 500 errors whenever we try to update a published post.

I'm not sure whether this error could be caused under what kind of circumstances.

Typically it will happens if we try to update a blog with more contents.
(Again, not sure whether the content amount is the reason)

Please help us to check, thanks!!
Hi Amy Kuo,

Regarding your issue, can you provide us your site the FTP account so that we can further investigate your issue? It seems like ftp that you've provided failed to authenticate me when I attempt to ftp to your site.

Please advise.

Hey Amy,

I suspect that the post content of "V-Ray Day|與使用者對談技術大會(0611)" has quite a number of blocks, not to mention some tabs as well. This means that the content is quite large, which is why when saving, you are hitting this execution timeout error: http://take.ms/BBcrb

Can you try increasing the max_execution_time on your server to 120(http://take.ms/tPuXT) then try updating the post again?

You can consult your webhosting provider to do this if you are unsure of how to do it.

Thanks for your response.

Could you suggest how could I increase the time?
And I will ask my colleague to help.

Hey Amy,

You can consult your webhosting provider to increase the parameter which I mentioned(max_execution_time).
And I will ask my colleague to help.
Alright.
