I have checked in your sitee, something is really strange on your site, for example :

-> when you try to login on your frontend, hitting this sql error :
http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_users&view=login

SQL=SELECT *, parent_id AS parent, title AS name FROM cafo8_menu WHERE menutype = 'mainmenu' AND published = 1 AND access <= ORDER BY parent_id, lft

May i know did you getting this error before?

Also do you consider to update your Joomla version to latest 3.4.4?

By the way, I tried to connect with your FTP server, but i hitting this :

Command:	MLSD

Error:	Connection timed out

Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing

Please advise.
