Hello,
I have free 7days trial plan and then recurring. But if somebody active trial and during membership cancel subscribe, how do I know about it? PayPlans know he did not pay and his membership stops? Or I have to watch his payments and eventually cancel his membership?
Thank you for explanation.
Jan
Hello Jan,

I checked your site and found that you are using Paypal payment method. So user/merchant can cancel ongoing recurring subscription from their paypal account.

After cancellation paypal will send notification to site, payplans will handle cancellation notification and mark subscription order as cancel and no further recurring payment will be deducted at paypal end and subscription will get expired after trial period.

Let me know if you have any confusion.

Hello Manisha,
yes thats cool, I understand, but he has still active Premium membership. And his Premium trial period ended yesterday, Check attached file, there is: Next Payment 592,90 Kč is expected on 03-07-2018 (yesterday) we received no payment. So I expect payplans to cancel his premium account?

Hello Jan,

I checked and found that cancellation notification not came from paypal. So order was active.
As in payplans configuration Wait for Payment is set to 1 day, so before expiring the subscription it will wait for the payment for a day, after that if payment not done , subscription will be expired.

I just noticed, that cancelled subscription is cancelled already at your site. Please take a look on this and update me if you have any query.
