These needs to be translated in the followers app which is in /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_followers.ini . However, we have actually updated these strings in EasySocial 1.2.0. Perhaps you want to wait for 1.2.0

Thanks for the kind compliments Jason Oh you can turn off the simple registrations if you do not want to use it. The settings is available in the theme settings
