Hi,
I've this problem.
I installed in the same website easyblog and easydiscuss

There are 1 private blog for user (A) (they can read and write in blog and reply to discussion in forum) and a public forum for user (B) (they can write and read discussions in forum but can't in the blog)

I'm the administrator

I want assign an easydiscuss question to a user A (easyblog user) but I'm able only to assign question to an administrator (me! I can't choose anyone other)

How can assign a discussion to a user A

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

I have a little lost here, may i know "User A" is under which Joomla user group?

If the "User A" is not moderator, you was unable to assign "User A" to a discussion page.

HI there,

Maybe you can try to got to your Backend>Components>EasyDiscuss>Category>Permission as shown http://take.ms/Wh51w and choose your desired user group for your moderator.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
