Hello,
I "think" I have already installed Amazon S3 and I have chosen to use it only for photos in EasySocial admin.

How can I validate that it is working fine?

I've checked this bucket ` corplace` from your Amazon S3, it seems like inside got a logs folder and included a lot of files. So I decide help you created another new bucket called ` corplace-com` ,you can take a look of this bucket, already uploaded some of the avatar image in Amazon S3 now.

Hey Vaggelis,

Check and see if the images are being served from Amazon instead of your site Also, you need to verify that the cronjob is setup correctly as the cron is responsible to offload the images to amazon.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply, I might have missed your post earlier as I was busy working out the new forums. To test this, try to run the cron with your web browser, http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true

See if the result says something like "images uploaded to S3".

In my Amazon S3 bucket home folder I see only the logs.

I uploaded one photo and the URL is

So this is not from S3? Do you have a documantation for setting up the S3?

Hello Arlex,
I studied the tutorials very carefully. I see no errors, and many logs at my S3 buck logs.

But I think that files are still storage in my server, not S3. Can you please advise?

Please use the same credentials for passing password protected directory with the Joomla admin credentials (you will have to enter twice).

Opps, it seems like your first post login credential is working but what you set from here http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site is not correct.

By the way, I noticed your backend Easysocial remote storage Access key ID and secret key is not same as your AMAZON S3 Your Security Credentials page, can you re-check again?

I did not know what to enter there, so I left empty and it auto filed.

Now I entered the bucked name: corplace

Is that right? Is the bucket path?
