How to upload Files to Events

Can someone help me with this whilst our support heroes are offline and get some sleep / rest...

On my Event detail pages there is a "Files: No Files Uploaded" section. Any idea how to activate file uploads? I've enabled 'File Sharing' on the Event Category settings but not seeing any way for the logged in user / event owner to upload files. (Most of my events have PDF flyers / application forms etc... so this is real important for me)

UPDATE: This issue fixed by a bug-fix discovered through another forum post... http://stackideas.com/forums/events-access-to-a-uploaded-file-needs-login

See attachment - on my events you scroll down and click on the sidebar "Files" link. Then upload files

My details page does not show "Files: No Files Uploaded". We must be using different templates

I didn't change anything in the backend, it already allowed me to upload files

Thanks Josh. Maybe there's an issue with the Frosty template then which I'm using.

I'll add my site details to this post... admin heroes, when you can, could you take a look at what's going on? Thanks!

I just switched to frosty. It displays files on the sidebar as well. You using 1.3.6?

Hmmm. Strange. Yes 1.3.6. It must be something I've done. Haven't done any code hacks but have been experimenting turning settings on and off... it used to work but just can't activate it again now! I've set 'file share / settings' to YES everywhere I can think of!

I created a brand new event and there the event owner gets the file upload option on this event... so that's good... but Super Admin can't upload files to that event... and still old events can't have files uploaded by their owners because I'm just not seeing the 'Files' option under Apps on the Event Detail page.
