How to upgrade StackIdeas Toolbar Package from 1.0.6 to 1.0.13?

I am about to upgrade my site from Joomla 3.10.0 to 3.10.10, but this requires StackIdeas Toolbar Package to be upgraded to a minumum version of 1.0.13. My installed version is 1.0.6.

The Joomla Extension upgrader does not detect an available upgrade for this package. Can I download a more recent version of the package and reinstall it on my site?

There is also an installed module, StackIdeas Toolbar, which is also on version 1.0.6.

For Joomla Extension upgrader to be compatible with the Stackideas Toolbar, you have to install this plugin on Joomla. https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3465-stackideas-app-store-updater

If for some reason you still cannot update the toolbar from Joomla, you may download the latest module installer here and install it normally: https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3466-stackideas-toolbar
