During "upgrade" EasySocial from Joomla back end, I see the message as attached screen shot. So, I went to the stackideas dashboard but unable to understand which installation package I need to download - Launcher Package, Component Package, or Full Package. Can you please tell me which package I need to download to upgrade ES?
Hello Jason,

You would need to download the launcher package and install it just like how you installed an extension on your site Rest assured that your data will remain intact.

P/S: After upgrading, do remember to purge your browser's cache in case the browser is still caching on the old css.

I have downloaded and installed "com_easysocial_launcher_pro_2.0.2_joomla" successfully, through Joomla back end. Please note my Joomla website is running on current version 3.6.4. After installing the new version of ES, I see all the functionality / views related to ES are showing errors. Please check the attached screen or visit the page http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/dashboard/profile/732-niladri. Can you please try to fix this? Also, I see that functionality related to EasyDiscuss has also effected. Please check http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/assembly for ED. I already keep back up before upgrading. Please help me out of this situation.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I believe this is a known issue. Please update your EasyBlog Apps and EasyDiscuss Apps which are installed on your EasySocial: http://take.ms/ihqFd and enabled it.

I have enabled this two apps as you told. The errors gone but I can't select theme (Wireframe) as default from http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=themes. Also, the ED page http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/assembly still shows error.
Also, check the admin pages http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=themes etc as you can see the page layouts are not formatted/ weird.

Hello Jason,

I believe you need to purge your browser's cache because when I tried to access http://riskoracle.vnsinfo.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=themes , this is what I am seeing, http://take.ms/USZGW

As for the errors that you are getting on EasyDiscuss page, it's because you are still using an outdated version of EasyDiscuss. Is it possible for you to update EasyDiscuss to the latest version? I could update it for you if you are okay with it but let me know

Now the EasySocial functionality/ layouts works, after clearing browser cache. Yes, you can update EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss at your end and inform me when done.
