Can you try set one of the category by default from backend > Easyblog > category and see how it goes?

if the issue still persists can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this ?

Hey Valera,

If you are using version 5, you need to install it under the Languages section at the back end of EasyBlog

Hi Valera,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. You should be able to find the language file from your /language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_easyblog.ini .

Hey Valera,

I've checked with your screenshot, it seems like you point to the blog app stream title still appear English language right?

If yes, can you double check with your frontend language file is it got this file?
-> JoomlaFolder/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_blog.ini
-> JoomlaFolder/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.plg_app_user_blog.ini

If these file exist on this path I mentioned, can you try temporary rename it? (e.g. ru-RU.plg_app_user_blog.ini_bak)

After you renamed it and see is it still populate English language? If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look ?
