How to Update EB

Hi, in my Dashboard of EasyBlog its shown, that i am up to date but it isn't.
How can i update now, without losing my Blog entries and all settings?
What is your installed version? The latest version is 5.0.16. If you are using anything lower than 5.0.15, you need to download the launcher as there was a bug in the version detection

I never got any message, that there is an update.
How do i safely update now with the launcher? can i just rewrite the files from the launcher?

The upgrade process is as simple as downloading the installer from http://stackideas.com/dashboard and install it just like how you installed EasyBlog
