How to turn off what Site Activity feed into the stream

How do i turn off certain site activities that feed into a stream?

Example: I have the Community Quiz component and it feeds 2 messages into the stream. I want to turn 1 of them off.
Hey Garrett,

It depends if the app actually has a settings for this. In our apps, we actually added a settings to hide specific stream items but you need to check this with the vendor of the app
