I don't want that new suscribers get a Subscription Confirmation email.
How to turn off the Subscription Confirmation email?
I thought it is allready turned off in my settings (General/Subscriptions/Send Subscription Information=No), still new suscribers get a confirmation email.
How can we fix this?
Hello Till,

It seems like we have missed the old code. I've added the fix in this file: ../administrator/components/com_easyblog/models/subscription.php. Please try.

Hello Till,

I've tried to subscribe to your site and I don't get any subscription confirmation email. Did I missed anything? Please advise.

Hello Till,

I've added a fix in your file: ../components/com_easyblog/views/subscription/view.ajax.php. The setting should work. Please give it another try.

just tried... now I got the notification for the front end blog subsription. That's fixed. Very good.
But there is still an confirmation notification sent out if I add a new subscriber in the back end.
I tried with your email, so you should have received it too!?
