How to turn of Guest commenting

How do I turn off Guest commenting when I have Komento attached. I have gone into the ACL for both EasyBlog and Komento and turned off both public and guest commenting and I can still post comments as a guest.

Sorry that this is on localhost and I have the latest version of each installed.

It should be controlled by those ACL currently. Maybe you can check your current guest users here http://take.ms/NIM94 and maybe it is configured wrongly. If still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues.
