Hello Steven,

in order to migrate from wordpress to joomla/easyblog site you need to make sure that your wordpress xml file is exported via wordpress exporter tool.

Once your wordpress xml file is exported, copy your wordpress xml file to your joomla folder joomla/administrator/components/com_easyblog/xmlfiles .

After you have copied your xml file to your joomla folder, go to your joomla backend > easyblog > migrators > wordpress xml import > select your wordpress xml file that you had copied earlier to your joomla folder as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/TnmkWv95sCh .

By default the user ID will be your administrator
