It really depend on which kind of backup you want, but it would be best if you can consult with your webhosting provider regarding this what is the best way to do the backup for your whole site which including your database data.

All the Easyblog content will be stored into your current database.

For those media image file will be store into your Joomla root folder e.g. JoomlaFolder/images/... if you didn't change the storage path from backend https://monosnap.com/file/doguTAYNHkRBNG8jWzUSH80ZzanHlS .
