How to stop easyblog articles going into easydiscuss?

Hi,

since upgrading easyblog to new version I notice that when an article is posted in easyblog it also adds the article as a newd discussion in easydiscuss.

How do I turn this off?
Alright Mel and you're most welcome. FYI, notification setting is only responsible for sending out notifications, whereas this is related to creating new discussions so yes, you would have to disable the mentioned plugin.

Hi Mel,

I believe this plugin is responsible for creating the discussions: Content - EasyDiscuss

You may disable it and try again. Let us know if you plan to use the plugin, in which case we would have to prevent the discussions from being created without unpublishing it.

Hi Raymond.

I just found a live notification settings insuide easyblog. If i turn those off should that be enough or do I need to disable the plugin you mentioned instead?

I disabled the plugin in the end as realised it was pulling content from other components too. Thanks for your help
