Do you mean, embedding one post in another website? I don't think there is any simple way to do that, but you can use iframes...

Correct me if i getting wrong your meaning, do you mean that you would like your blog post(SITE A) show in SITE B module?
If yes, that was not possible.
Unless you install 2 site have the Easyblog component, so you can use the feed importer to make it when the SITE A published the bog post, the SITE B also will get the blog post. Hope this help.
