Hello,
I cannot seem to get the subscribers listing module to work. I would like for my client to be able to see a list of the subscribers in the frontend when she has logged in. I found another thread on the forum and already used the file that was there, but the module does not show a list. I'm using the subscribe module as well and subscribers therefore are site-subscribers. Would it be possible to show the list of subscribers in the frontend? I hope you can help.
Hello Ineke,

The subscribe module allows users to subscribe by clicking the button. It doesn't list subscribers on the front end. The only way to view a list of subscribers is through the back end of EasyBlog

Hi Mark,
That's a pity. But what does the subscribers listing module do? I was expecting it to show a list of subscribers?
Anyway, thank you for your quick reply!

Hi there,

That's a pity. But what does the subscribers listing module do? I was expecting it to show a list of subscribers?

Actually, this modules only shown on listed views only, that is, entry(single blog view), category(single category view), teamblog, blogger/author(single author/blogger view) only and not listed your site subscription. Maybe you can give a check whether it shown correctly or not on each view stated above.

Thanks for your understandings.

Hi Warith,
That's a bit hard, as there are no category subscribers. Using the subscribe-module, subscribers automatically become site subscribers. As the site has only one bloger, I thought that wouldn't mak any difference. I would prefer a subscribe module with backend options for choosing the type of subscription. Maybe that would be a useful feature request?
Best,
Ineke

Hello Ineke,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Got it and it makes perfect sense. I have logged this into our issue tracker so that in 5.1, admin's can now configure if the module should subscribe to site wide / category / author / tag.
