How to Set up an H1 Header with image and text

My simple blog is here https://www.birminghamgoldcompany.co.uk/blog
I want to show an H1 header ie with text and an image, at the top of the page ie like a title. but cannot see how to do this.
I am using a joomshaper template and for some reason I cannot place any joomla module on this blog page
Any ideas please

You can actually enable the blog headers in the settings if you want to display a header as you can see from my screen shot here, https://take.ms/1UdNP . Is this what you are trying to add ?
