Okay that looks like it is a global setting that will alter it for everyone? I was looking how to configure that setting on a per user basis, so people can set how they prefer the default posting to be.

Seems there is a bug on this, where it should be respect to the setting on a per user basis.
I've logged this issue in our tracker and our developer will take an action for this.

Thanks - so if I understand this, setting the 'Who can view my story' under 'Manage Privacy' should control that setting (As shown in the image earlier) but doesn't and so will be fixed in next version?

I imagine new versions of EasySocial and EasyDiscuss must be imminent so your customers can get and test ready in plenty of time for GDPR ?
