Now I tried to edit some of it and it brokes the site entirely. I added under // BBCode to find...

line to the end od list of commands: '/\[test\]/ms'

and on the other list (replace by) I added: '<img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b8/XD-smiley.png">'

Now I understand. It's supposed to be integrated with Gravatar, wchich would be fine, but it doesn't work. Do I have to install gravatar plugin separately?

You do not need install any gravatar plugin in your site, because you can configure from your backend Komento integration setting.
