How do we set an auto-mail function to send emails to the users when any administrator posts any documents/questions to the Forum. Basically, for any Forum activities.
Do you mean you would like to allows the system to fetch emails from a specified mailbox and import those emails into forum on your site?

No @Arlex Wong.
For example: I (Administrator) upload one document in the forum, I want all registered members to receive email notifications of it. Auto-email notifications.

Unfortunately that was not possible to send out email notification to the site registered member when certain administrator who publish a new discussion in the forum.

Currently we have a notification setting "Notify all users on new post" but this setting will notify to all the registered member on the site but regardless who published new discussion post on the site.
