I saw from an email that there was a reply to this, but I can not see the reply here?
-----------------------------------
On the user profile page and the main dashboard page there are some EasySocial modules that show on the left but I would like to move them. I hve found ane editied some but there are still afew that I can't find as being published in the position they are showing. Example in screenshot, Apps, Events and Groups - I would like to reposition these.
Thanks for advice.
Hello Andrew,

Some of them are actually not modules. The apps on the sidebar for instance is part of the theme and the Events and Groups are actually widgets for EasySocial

Well that doesn't actually answer the question though, even so, of how to move them, whatever they are!

Anyway I hadn't realised this had been posted in EasyBlog section so I couldn't see answer so I started another thread so will close this one.

Hello Andrew,

You can't move them because they are not modules.

Yes so it seems. Sad that they can't be moved when it looks like there are modules anyway that do the same functions? Coming up for time for me to head to the "feature requests page" I feel!

As an aside, I decided to see about moving other modules to this place and it looks like the documentation at http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/module_positions/module_positions perhaps is out of date as it referes to "unity page" which I took to be the dashboard, but those positions don't seem to work?

Hello Andrew,

In the dashboard, the positions available are:

es-dashboard-sidebar-top
es-dashboard-sidebar-bottom
es-dashboard-before-contents
es-dashboard-after-contents
