You can't. Our app store is only for app owners to respond to the review. The user used it as a "Q&A" which is wrong.

Sorry but I don't understand what do you mean here. You posted a question at https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-and-short-url-for-member-pages and ssnobben responded to you so what do you want us to move?

Apparently it was the wrong forum for EasySocial PreSales questions, because only customers who have already purchased EasySocial can answer there, which is the opposite of PreSales questions.

In the normal "General" forum, you can apparently reply as a Stackidea customer, even if you haven't purchased ES yet.

So it makes sense to move the thread there so that one can reply to the answers.

Confusion arose for me because I would have liked to clarify a few questions regarding the FUNCTIONALITY of EasySocial before buying, but such questions are surprisingly discussed here in the category PreSales under BILLING, where I would not have expected them.
