Can I search/rename all these occurence in one central file or configuration screen(s) ?
How can I do that ?

It is impossible to do that. But you can language override it for each of its language constant which is at Backend > Extensions > Languages > Overrides.

The following language constants are the 1 that you want to translate:


COM_EASYSOCIAL_EVENTS - 'Events' on the cover page

COM_EASYSOCIAL_EVENTS_CREATE_EVENT - 'New Event' Button

COM_EASYSOCIAL_EVENTS - 'Event' Widget title

COM_EASYSOCIAL_EVENTS_INCLUDE_PAST_EVENTS - 'Include Past Events' Checkbox
