How to remove Unresolved from the user view.

->Unfortunately, there is no setting to disable the 'Unresolved' from user view, Can you download the file attached and replace it in the folder:
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easydiscuss\themes\wireframe\profile\default.php

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

and how to disable the resolve and Unresolve feature ?

You can disable the feature by:
1. Click EasyDiscuss>Settings>General>General Features>Disable Q & A
