How to remove Resolved & Unresolved from
EasyDiscuss - Board Statistic module.

and also let me know how to remove Resolved & Unresolved from whole site itself.

Hi Imran,
For your main issue, can you download the attached fix file and apply it into the template override directory below(create if it does not exist)?
JoomlaFolder\templates\yourCurrentTemplate\html\com_easydiscuss\html\forums.stats.php

For your second question, can you try to disable these settings?
Settings>Layout>Recent View>Display Unresolved Filter + Display Resolved Filter>No
Settings>General>General Features>Enable Q & A>No
