How to remove "Recent Updates" text from the top of timeline

Hi guys
Can you please show me on how i can deactivat the "Recent Updates" text that appears on top of the timeline. i have posted a snapshot below

You may do so by editing the file /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/dashboard/feeds.php and remove the codes below at line 34,
