You could remove this by going to Backend > settings > layout > (user fieldset)
turn Display author info to no

By any chance is there a gallery as to how many of your customers have set this product up? I am still learning and would love to get some more ideas. Initially when I bought it, I had no clue as to everything that could be done with it.

If I could trouble you with one more question. I currently only have 1 category and want to turn off the name of the category at the top of the page. I named the Category : "Blog". If possible could you tell me how to remove it ?

I'm sorry but we do not have a list of our users websites, unless it is been provide by them and we might need their consent to share.
