In easydiscuss, on the front layout of the list of the post, on the left is the user avatar, under it, there is a 'PM' (private messaging between users), how do I turn it off.

You can turn off conversation button by going to your backend > easydiscuss > settings > conversations > enable conversations set to "No", http://screencast.com/t/iMUyGX2uZ .
